$3,000–$8,000 depending on the shop. 50% to start. Pay the rest up front or split it over two or three months. That monthly split is the same founding build — not a second product.
We white-glove the next two or three shops. After that the kit is self-serve. James and Eric are not the shop’s IT department.

- Stay-with-us $399–$799 a month, or $149 plus $250–$500 if you mostly run it yourself.
- Hourly if you just need a few hours
- $125–$175, capped at four to eight hours a month.
